2) Packaging, shipping and delivery costs are covered by the BUYER. The shipping fee is 0.00 TL and the shipping price is added to the total amount of the order. It is not included in the product price. The delivery will be hand-delivered at the BUYER's address specified above, via the contracted cargo company. Even if the BUYER is not present at the time of delivery, our company will be deemed to have fulfilled its obligation fully and completely. Therefore, the SELLER is not responsible for the damages and expenses caused by the BUYER's late delivery and/or non-delivery of the product. The SELLER is responsible for the delivery of the contracted product in a solid, complete manner, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order, and with warranty documents and user manuals, if any.


3) The product will be delivered within 30 days at the latest from the contract date. All responsibility belongs to the SELLER until the delivery of the product.

4) The Consumer (BUYER) has the right to withdraw from this Distance Sales Contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. The CONSUMER is obliged to return the contractual goods to the seller or the carrier determined by the seller within 10 days from the date of exercise of the right of withdrawal. The period of the right of withdrawal, in contracts related to the performance of service, the day the contract is established; In contracts for the delivery of goods, it starts on the day the consumer or the third party determined by the consumer receives the goods. However, the consumer may also use the right of withdrawal within the period from the conclusion of the contract to the delivery of the goods. In determining the period of the right of withdrawal;

a) In the case of goods that are the subject of a single order and delivered separately, the day on which the consumer or the third party determined by the consumer receives the last product,

b) In the case of goods consisting of more than one piece, the day when the consumer or the third party determined by the consumer receives the last piece,

c) In contracts where the goods are delivered regularly for a certain period of time, the day on which the consumer or the third party determined by the consumer receives the first goods is taken as a basis. The consumer cannot use the right of withdrawal in the following contracts:

a) Contracts for goods or services whose prices change depending on the fluctuations in the financial markets and which are not under the control of the SELLER or the provider.

b) Contracts for goods prepared in line with the wishes or personal needs of the consumer.

c) Contracts for the delivery of perishable or expired goods.

ç) From the goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery; Contracts for the delivery of those whose return is unsuitable in terms of health and hygiene.

d) Contracts for goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature.

e) Contracts for books, digital content and computer consumables offered in material environment, if protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after the delivery of the goods.

f) Contracts for the delivery of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, excluding those provided under the subscription contract.

g) Contracts for accommodation, transportation of goods, car rental, food and beverage supply and the use of leisure time for entertainment or rest, which must be made on a certain date or period.

ğ) Contracts regarding services performed instantly in the electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.

h) Contracts regarding services that are started to be performed with the approval of the consumer, before the expiry of the right of withdrawal.

If the CONSUMER chooses the option to pay with "Shopping Loan", the CONSUMER accepts, declares and undertakes that the right of withdrawal from the Instant/Distance Shopping Loan Agreement will be implemented within the scope of the Instant/Distance Shopping Loan agreement between the Bank and the CONSUMER. The CONSUMER's withdrawal from this Distance Sales Agreement signed with the SELLER will NOT automatically TERMINATE the Instant/Distance Shopping Loan Agreement with the Bank. In order for the CONSUMER to withdraw from the Instant/Distance Shopping Loan Agreement, the request for withdrawal must be directed to the lending Bank within the periods specified in the Instant/Distance Shopping Loan Agreement, again in accordance with the procedure stipulated in the Instant/Distance Shopping Loan Agreement. In this context, the SELLER shall not be liable for any failure or delayed notification by the CONSUMER to the Bank, or for the credit relationship between the Bank and the CONSUMER.

5) If the consumer purchases any digital content, technical protection measures that will affect the functionality of the digital content and information on which hardware or software the digital content can work with, which the SELLER knows or is reasonably expected to know, is available at www.QUZU.com.tr of the purchased product. It is included in the promotional content on the page where it is offered for sale.

6) Consumers' complaints and objections: If you have a complaint about your order and/or the product subject to your order and/or your order, you can forward your complaints to the SELLER via the above-mentioned contact information or the contact information specified on the www.QUZU.com.tr website. Your complaints will be immediately recorded, evaluated by the authorized units and tried to be resolved, and you will be responded to as soon as possible. In disputes that may arise regarding this contract; Turkish Courts are authorized; The applicable law is Turkish Law.

To be valid within the borders of the Republic of Turkey, in disputes that may arise regarding this Agreement; For disputes up to the value announced by the Ministry of Commerce every year, the Provincial or District Consumer Arbitration Committees in the place where the CONSUMER transaction is made or where the CONSUMER resides, and the CONSUMER action in disputes above the said value. The Consumer Courts in the place where it is made or where the CONSUMER residence is located will be authorized.

7) The Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement are a preliminary protocol for the products whose sales are expected to be completed with the official transactions to be carried out before the official authorities in accordance with the relevant legislation. The total price of these products does not include the costs incurred during the completion of the official procedures related to the sale. The said costs will be paid by the CONSUMER during the execution of official transactions. These sales will be deemed to have been completed by fulfilling the official procedures before the official authorities. In this context, provisions that do not have the right of withdrawal, cargo / delivery and similar application areas will not be valid for these products.
